Four Tide Players Drafted in Way Too Early 2026 Mock Draft
It's never too early to look ahead at the 2026 NFL draft, and that's exactly what Todd McShay of The Ringer did on Monday morning. Fresh off the heels of the Tide having two first-round picks in the 2025 NFL draft, McShay thinks the Tide will once again put multiple first-round picks into the NFL after the 2025-26 college football season.

Todd McShay had four Alabama players drafted in his way-too-early 2026 NFL mock draft.
Germie Bernard - Pick 12 to the Seattle Seahawks
Deontae Lawson - Pick 15 to the Arizona Cardinals
Domani Jackson - Pick 16 to the Pittsburgh Steelers
Kadyn Proctor - Pick 23 to the San Francisco 49ers
In total, McShay had 13 players from the SEC, 9 players from the Big Ten, 8 players from the ACC, 1 from Notre Dame, and one from Cincinnati drafted in his first-round mock draft.
Germie Bernard is entering his senior season of college football. During his junior year (his first season at Alabama), Bernard caught 50 passes for 794 yards and two touchdowns. McShay is expecting big things from Bernard.
Lawson is returning for his final season of eligibility at Alabama. In 2024, he totaled 76 tackles, four pass breakups, two sacks, one forced fumble, and one interception. He was having a career season before suffering a season-ending injury in Alabama's 24-3 loss to Oklahoma.
Domani Jackson entered a bare Alabama cornerback room and took over as a lockdown cornerback, totaling 51 tackles, seven pass breakups, one forced fumble, and two interceptions for the Crimson Tide. He returns to hopefully prove to the NFL that he can be a shutdown cornerback at the next level.
Kadyn Proctor is the Tide's third-year left tackle, returning for his junior season. Proctor shows good mobility and has his best games against the biggest competition, such as games against Georgia and South Carolina. Proctor will need to anchor himself as the Tide's blindside blocker if he hopes to become a first-round pick.
