Grade the Avery Johnson Hire [Poll]

Avery Johnson addressed the media this morning to talk about becoming the new head basketball coach at the University of Alabama. He seemed to have won the press conference, but how good of a hire is this for Alabama?

His professional credentials are through the roof: NBA Coach of the Year, NBA champion as a player, and led the Dallas Mavericks to the 2006 NBA Finals. However, his lack of collegiate experience is an issue to some, but he addressed that in his press conference, saying that he would win the state of Alabama and dominate that recruiting trail by selling his NBA experience.

So what say the fans? How would you grade this hire for the University of Alabama?
