In-State Cornerback Transfer Visiting Alabama
Although the transfer portal has closed, the Crimson Tide may not be done adding to the roster. According to Chris Hummer of 247 Sports, Alabama A&M transfer cornerback Delvon Gulley is visiting Alabama today.

Gulley, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound cornerback from Saraland, Alabama, was not rated as a prospect according to 247 Sports rankings. He signed with Alabama A&M as a member of the Bulldogs' 2024 recruiting class. Gulley's only offer came from Alabama A&M out of Saraland High School.
In his first season at Alabama A&M, Gulley totaled 29 tackles, four pass breakups, and two interceptions. His top performance came on September 21 in a 59-16 loss to Austin Peay, where Gulley totaled three tackles and one interception, which he returned for 33 yards.
He chose Alabama A&M over Middle Tennessee in the 2024 recruiting class.
He played high school football at Saraland High School, joining forces with Alabama signee Ryan Williams as premier playmakers for the Spartans. Gulley helped Saraland win three South Region championships and one AHSAA 6A State championship.
Gulley entered the transfer portal on April 16.
Following the 2023 season, Gulley was named Second-Team All-State as a defensive back, joining Texas signee KJ Lacey (First Team), Alabama signee Ryan Williams (First Team), Jacksonville State signee Dylan Martin (First Team), Auburn signee Antonio Coleman (First Team), and Vanderbilt signee Jamison Curtis (Second Team) as 6A AHSAA All-State team members from Saraland High School.
