The Southeastern Conference requires four injury reports before each game, starting on Wednesday and continuing until 90 minutes before kickoff. Wednesday’s report listed the usual players as out for Alabama: Qua Russaw, Jah-Marien Latham, Cayden Jones, Jeremiah Beaman. Dre Kirkpatrick Jr. was also listed as out due to his recent arrest and ongoing investigation. Danny Lewis Jr., who has frequently been on the report this season with a lower body injury, is listed as questionable. Earlier this week, Kalen DeBoer updated Lewis's status, stating, "We'll see how things go through this week, but the bye week was certainly good." He wasn't able to play the previous week, so I'm hopeful that he'll be ready to go. But we expect him to be on the football field practicing with us more this week than he has the previous two." Additionally, wide receiver Ryan Williams is listed as probable.

LSU will be without players Gabriel Reliford and Tyree Adams. Star linebacker Whit Weeks is listed as questionable after dealing with a lower body injury since Week 5 that has caused him to miss several games.  During Wednesday’s teleconference, interim head coach Frank Wilson said Weeks is “more doubtful” to play on Saturday and would be evaluated during practice. Wilson added, “He can put weight on it; he can straight-line run. He’ll be on the practice field.” Despite Wilson's teleconference statement, the report does not list Weeks as doubtful.
