UPDATE: Search For Escaped Inmate In Tuscaloosa County

***TUSCALOOSA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES NOW HAVE QUINN ROGERS, THE ESCAPED INMATE FROM EARLIER TODAY, IN CUSTODY***

Tuscaloosa County Sheriff deputies are searching for an escaped inmate on Lurleen Wallace Boulevard and Main Avenue.

Of course, a large police presence can be seen in that area at this time.

Townsquare Media News Director Don Hartley reports that Quinn Rogers, a black male listed as 5' 8" and 135lbs, is the escaped inmate and may have broken into an apartment complex to steal clothing to change into in an effort to blend in with others.

Avoid the area while authorities are searching and if you see anything unusual report it to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's office immediately.
