Kendrick Law Status in Doubt Against Vanderbilt
Alabama's Kendrick Law is one of the unsung heroes so far this season. His receiving numbers are not staggering, but his run blocking is second to none in the wide receiver room for Alabama.
Law suffered a lower-body injury against Georgia, and Kalen DeBoer postgame said he "wasn't sure" of Law's status moving forward, but did not think it was super serious.
DeBoer provided another update on Law during Wednesday's SEC Teleconference.
He's still day-to-day right now, trying to work through it. He's trying to do everything he can to get out there," DeBoer said. "I wouldn't rule him out, and I wouldn't say he's a for sure go right now."
Law is in his third season as a member of the Crimson Tide. As a starter on offense and special teams in 2024, Law has totaled two catches for 41 yards and a touchdown so far this season and toted the rock twice on the ground for six yards.
Law will be on the SEC injury report, released by 7:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday. We'll receive daily injury updates via the SEC, with the final injury report released 90 minutes before kickoff, with players listed as out, doubtful, questionable, or probable during the week. On Saturdays, players can be listed as "game-time" decisions.
Alabama will kickoff against Vanderbilt at 3:15 p.m. CT on Saturday, October 5.
