Alabama Defensive End Keon Keeley Enters Transfer Portal
Alabama defensive end Keon Keeley has entered the transfer portal, according to a report by ESPN's Pete Thamel. Keeley is a 6-foot-5, 282-pound defensive end from Berkley Prep High School and is originally from Tampa, Florida.

Keeley was one of the highest-rated prospects in his respective recruiting class, being ranked as a consensus five-star, the No. 3 player in the class, the No. 1 edge rusher, and the No. 1 player in the state of Florida. Originally committed to Notre Dame, Keeley de-committed from the Fighting Irish before committing to the Crimson Tide under former Alabama head coach Nick Saban in December 2022.
Keeley did not see action during his true freshman season and redshirted at the season's end in 2023. In 2024, he appeared in five games, and in 2025, he appeared in 12 games for the Tide. During his collegiate season, Keeley has totaled 19 tackles, three sacks (all three came in 2025), and one pass breakup for the Crimson Tide.
Keeley is the 12th player to enter the transfer portal from the Crimson Tide, and the first defensive lineman to do so.
