Kickoff Time Announced for Alabama vs Tennessee on October 20
The Third Saturday in October is one of the biggest days of the season for Alabama fans each year as one of the great rivalries in college football renews.
The series between Alabama and Tennessee hasn't been as competitive as it once was, but former Crimson Tide assistant Jeremy Pruitt now coaches the Vols and adds a new dimension. He takes over a team that has lost 11 straight and never beaten Nick Saban and the margin of victory during that streak has been a whopping 24.5 points per game.
The Southeastern Conference announced Monday that this year's installment of the Third Saturday will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. in Neyland Stadium.
The Vols will likely be a 4-5 touchdown underdog in the game next weekend. The program is currently in the middle of an 11-game losing streak in conference play and it could very well be 12 games when they take on Alabama next week.
Pregame coverage for this game will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tide 102.9, 100.9 and 95.3 the Bear. Download the free station app and listen from anywhere.
