KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- On Friday night, the SEC released its final injury report before game day, with the Crimson Tide downgrading starting center Racin Delgatty from "doubtful" to "out" after he suffered a lower-body injury late in last weekend's 20-17 loss to the Georgia Bulldogs. Delgatty went down on Alabama's final offensive drive against Georgia.

While it's not certain who Alabama will turn to with Delgatty out tomorrow against Tennessee, the speculation is that backup left guard and last year's third-string center, Mal Waldrep Jr., will take the reins in Knoxville on Saturday afternoon.

In addition to Delgatty's absence, tight end Josh Ford was added to the availability report as questionable. Ford broke his left arm in Alabama's 56-23 win over Mississippi State, and played last weekend against Georgia with a large wrap on his left arm.

For Tennessee, the Volunteers' season-starting quarterback Faizon Brandon will be available, but Tennessee plans to start sophomore Georgia MacIntyre, as was reported earlier in the week.
