Looking Back and Breaking Down the Importance of Alabama’s 2008 season

Host Gary Harris caught up with Scott Moore of "iTalkSEC" Wednesday morning to discuss COVID-19's effect on the world of sports, as well as breakdown the important milestones of Alabama's 2008 season.

"That was a great recruiting class," Moore told host Harris. "Saban's first great recruiting class that came in."

"I remember running into Kirk Herbstreit," Moore continued. "We had done a speech together the night before. He asked if I had seen Dont'a Hightower, he goes 'that guy is unbelievable' and I said Kirk the whole freaking team is. Looked like a different team."

"They were still learning how to win big games," Moore told Harris. "Hadn't quite learned how to handle success. Still trying to learn how to win, and what it takes to win every week."
