TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - Alabama returned to the practice field on Tuesday morning, with the Crimson Tide spending 2 hours on the field preparing for the start of the 2026 season. Following practice, Alabama defensive coordinator Kane Wommack spoke to the media, where he addressed the inside linebackers, upcoming freshmen who can see the field this season, and what he wants to see as Alabama prepares for the second scrimmage of fall camp on Thursday!

Alabama will return to the practice field on Wednesday, August 19, for the 12th practice of fall camp. Alabama's second scrimmage of camp will be this Thursday, August 20. The first game of the 2026 season is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, when Alabama hosts East Carolina.
