TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The Alabama Crimson Tide wrapped up scrimmage number one for spring practice, with both Austin Mack and Keelon Russell shining during the scrimmage, throwing multiple touchdowns. Russell was reportedly more explosive, but Mack led the offense down the field more consistently. Junior wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams had three touchdowns on the day and looked like one of the best players on the field, according to a source.

Alabama continues to search for its top five offensive linemen, with Jackson Lloyd and Racin Delgatty spending most of their time with the first-team offense during the scrimmage, while Michael Carroll rotated at guard and tackle. Mississippi State transfer Jayvin James also saw time at right tackle, while former Texas offensive lineman Nick Brooks saw action with the first team at left guard alongside Mal Waldrep Jr.
At inside linebacker, QB Reese, Luke Metz, and Cayden Jones have a "leg up," as returners from last year's roster, according to head coach Kalen DeBoer; but Virginia Tech transfer Caleb Woodson has a "veteran presence" about him. The Tide is searching to replace starters Deontae Lawson and Justin Jefferson from last season.
