Georgia state police say in a report that alcohol use is suspected in a one-car crash that claimed the lives of an Atlanta man who was driving and a former Auburn University football player who was a passenger.

Killed in the Sunday morning crash were 23-year-old Philip Lutzenkirchen of Marietta, Georgia, a former Auburn tight end; and 22-year-old driver Joseph Ian Davis.

Their Chevrolet Tahoe overturned on a road near LaGrange. Troopers say 22-year-old Elizabeth Craig of Eatonton, Georgia and 20-year-old Christian Case of Dadeville, Alabama were injured.

The Georgia Department of Public Safety report includes boxes to indicate whether law enforcement suspects alcohol use. Those boxes indicate "yes" for all four occupants.

The report says blood tests for alcohol were done on Davis and Lutzenkirchen and those results are pending.
