Osborne, a 6-foot-4, 260-pound defensive lineman, just wrapped up his true freshman season at Alabama. He originally committed to the Crimson Tide out of Hewitt-Trussville High School in Trussville, Alabama.

Osborne did not record any stats or appearances for the Crimson Tide in his true freshman season. He originally committed to Alabama over Auburn, Tennessee, and Texas.

He was rated as a top-20 defensive lineman in the 2024 recruiting class, and the No. 13 prospect in the state of Alabama.

Osborne is the second Alabama defensive lineman to enter the transfer portal, with Jaheim Oatis announcing his intention to transfer following Alabama's 40-35 loss to the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Osborne took four official visits in high school to Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, and Texas.

He will have three years of eligibility remaining.
