Six Alabama Players Named to AP All-SEC First Team
The postseason honors began rolling in Monday following an SEC Championship victory for the Alabama Crimson Tide as six players were named to the AP All-SEC first team.
The list included wide receiver Amari Cooper, offensive lineman Arie Kouandjio, defensive lineman Jonathan Allen, linebacker Reggie Ragland, defensive back Landon Collins, and punter JK Scott.
Juniors Cooper and Collins were both unanimous selections to the team. The only other player to receive that distinction was Ole Miss defensive back Senquez Golson. Along with the first team honor, Cooper was also named the SEC Offensive Player of the Year.
Beyond the first team, Alabama had seven additional players recognized by the AP. Here are the other Crimson Tide players on the list:
