Former Alabama Defensive Back Terrion Arnold Granted Bond

Former Alabama cornerback Terrion Arnold was granted bond on Monday after a judge denied the state of Florida's request to keep him behind bars until his trial. His bond has been set at $1 million, according to Ari Meirov on X.

According to the report, a condition of Arnold's bond is that he can't have any contact with co-defendants or witnesses, must surrender his passport, and must remain at home or work (the Detroit Lions facilities). He will not be required to wear an ankle monitor.

Terrion Arnold was arrested last week on three counts of kidnapping, three counts of armed robbery, one count of conspiracy to kidnap, and one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, which carry a maximum sentence of life in prison if he's convicted, in connection with an armed robbery in Largo, Florida, in February.

He was renting an Airbnb in Florida when the house was broken into, and Arnold, among others, had property stolen from them. Investigators said the eventual victims of Arnold's alleged kidnapping and armed robbery were not involved with the robbery of Arnold's belongings in early February, despite Arnold's beliefs. Arnold then allegedly directed Arianna Del Valle and Jasmine Randazzo to contact the victims and lure them to an apartment in Tampa, where two other accomplices, Christion Williams and Lyndell Hudson, grabbed the victims, held them at gunpoint, and attacked them.

Investigators say the incident was streamed to Arnold and two others while they were traveling to the apartment. Investigators believe Arnold is the one who directed the incident and was the primary conspirator in the alleged robbery/kidnapping plot. Arnold voluntarily surrendered to authorities on June 24, but denies involvement in the robbery and kidnapping incident.
