The Color Run – The Happiest 5K On The Planet Is In Tuscaloosa Saturday

When running The Color Run there are two simple rules to remember: 1. wear white at the starting line and 2. finish plastered in color!

The Color Run is a 3.1 mile, un-timed race which is more about having fun than it is about getting to the front with your best 10 minute mile. During the course participants are doused from head to toe in different colors and the fun continues at the finish line with a gigantic “Color Festival”!

When The Color Run converged on Tuscaloosa for the first time in 2012, over 4,300 runners participated and this year organizers are expecting that number to grow to over 5,000.
