The University of Alabama has three football players included on the watch list for the 2015 Rotary Lombardi Award.
Senior linebacker Reggie Ragland, senior center Ryan Kelly, and junior defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson are among the 145 players listed on the watch list. The award is given to the best "down linemen, end-to-end, either on offense or defense, who set up no farther than 10 yards to the left or right of the ball, or linebackers who set up no farther than five yards deep from the line of scrimmage."
Ragland, a leader on the Crimson Tide defense, finished 2014 as the team's second-leading tackler (93) and third in tackles for loss (10.5).
Kelly enters his senior season as a two-year starter on the offensive line and a leading candidate for the Rimington Award.
As a sophomore, Robinson finished with 6.5 tackles for a loss and has been a force on the defensive line since stepping on campus in 2013.
