
Tip Time, Broadcast Crew Announced For Alabama’s Sweet 16 Game
The Crimson Tide is back in the Sweet 16 for the third consecutive year and the fourth time overall under head coach Nate Oats. Oats is now second all-time in Sweet 16 appearances for Alabama men's basketball head coaches (4). Only Wimp Sanderson has more (6).

Alabama will face the BYU Cougars in the second-ever matchup between the two men's basketball programs. Alabama is 1-0 against BYU thanks to a 71-59 victory in 2017.
The tip-off time and broadcast crew have been announced for the Crimson Tide and the Cougars on Thursday, March 27. Two-seed Alabama and six-seed BYU will be the first Sweet 16 game of the weekend, being played at 6:09 p.m. CT in Newark, New Jersey.
Brian Anderson, Jim Jackson, and Allie LaForce will be on the call for Alabama and BYU.
The Crimson Tide opened as a 4.5-point favorite against BYU on Thursday night. Alabama is 20-15 against the spread this season and finished the regular season with a 27-8 overall record. BYU is 22-13 against the spread this season and finished the regular season with a 26-9 overall record.
