Tuscaloosa Runners Are Being Well Represented in Boston
A few weeks ago, the Tuscaloosa Track Club put together a 2.62 mile run in honor of the lives lost and those affected by the April 15th bombing during the Boston Marathon.
Through contact with a friend, track club member and Wagner’s RunWalk promotions guru Ed Freeman was put in touch with Boston resident Kimberly Strahan. Touched that the residents of Tuscaloosa participated in ‘Runners for Boston’, Kimberly offered to take one of our event shirts and a picture from our run to the memorial site at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
