The Alabama defense stayed on the field for nearly 40 minutes on Saturday night but still rose up to make key stops down the stretch against Mississippi State.

It might have felt like the Bulldogs were going up and down the field, Alabama actually held Dan Mullen's team to its second-lowest offensive output of the season.

One of the leaders of that defense is Minkah Fitzpatrick, who had been dealing with hamstring issues but still made six tackles in the 31-24 win. After the game, the junior met with the media to talk about the team's effort in Starkville. Listen to what he had to say in the video above.
