The Alabama Crimson Tide was a hard sell to recruits before Coach Nick Saban arrived in Tuscaloosa. He's made his big turn-a-around in recruiting in his second season with the Crimson Tide and hasn't looked back since.

From the state of California to Florida, Saban has sold the Crimson Tide program more effectively than any other coach in college football. Although you win games on the field, it starts from recruiting the top-level talent in the country and coaching them up into household names and Saban has done that in his tenure at Alabama.

Even after losing a ton of assistants through the years, Saban has been able to maintain his program as one of the top schools in recruiting.

One man that stays on top of recruiting with Nick Saban is Mr. TiderInsider Rodney Orr. Although Orr isn't sitting in living room couches trying to get players to commit to Alabama, he has his eyes and ears to everything surrounding the Crimson Tide in the recruiting trail.

He joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss Saban's success in recruiting as well as previews Clemson/Alabama and what the Crimson Tide needs to do to reach number 17.

For Orr's full conversation and analysis make sure you watch the video above the article. Don't miss The Game with Ryan Fowler weekday afternoons from 2-6 p.m.
