Which Alabama Offensive Signee Will Make the Biggest Impact in 2017?
If the 2016 season showed us anything, it's that true freshmen can still head to Alabama and contribute significantly from day one.
Now another group of four and five-star athletes have signed with the Crimson Tide and many of them have already enrolled in Tuscaloosa. There are a number of players that have the size and skill to compete for a starting job in 2017.
On offense, running back Najee Harris and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa garner many of the headlines because of the position they play, but there are some elite offensive lineman and wide receivers that will be in the mix this fall.
That's why we wanted to hear from Alabama fans to get their opinions on which player will have the biggest impact next season. We posed the question on Twitter (which we often do so make sure you follow us) and here are the results.
Harris, who was rated either the No. 1 or No. 2 running back in this class, received the most votes in the poll. That pick makes a lot of sense because it's the position where Alabama has seen a lot of production out of freshmen. The Crimson Tide will be returning all four of its top running backs from 2016, but Harris possesses the kind of talent that's impossible to keep off the field.
We'll know more in March when Alabama takes the field for spring practice, but the first game is still seven months away.
