Alabama linebacker Will Anderson, Jr. is well known for for taking down opposing quarterbacks with extreme force on Saturdays, but what many fans may not see as often is his drive for helping others.

The former five-star put that on full display when he stopped this week to spend time with a young fan at a local Tuscaloosa bowling alley.

In a post shared by Vanessa Lockhart on Facebook, Anderson can be seen posing for a photo with a young fan named Miles.

The post reads, "What a stand up guy! Once Will Anderson Jr. discovered that Miles has Autism, he came over and asked to meet Miles and asked Miles if he could get a photo with him. Never too great without doing good deeds! Thank you, Will! Class act!"

While he is certainly one of the scariest members of the Crimson Tide on the field, the 6-foot-4, 243 lb. junior appears to be rather approachable off of it.

Anderson joined the Tide in 2020 as a freshman and has since distinguished himself as an elite talent off the edge. In two seasons, the Hampton, GA native has compiled 153 tackles, 41.5 TFL's and 24.5 sacks, and has garnered many comparisons to none other than fellow Bama great Derrick Thomas.

While his own stats will likely never reach that of Thomas, Anderson has proven to be an extremely high level talent that looks to have an infinite ceiling.

Anderson and the Crimson Tide take the field on September 3 against Utah State in Bryant-Denny Stadium and will be looking to make a statement in Week 1.
