One of the top available players in the NCAA transfer portal, former Hofstra guard Aaron Estrada has cancelled his previously planned visit to Florida State and has decided to narrow his focus down to three possible destinations being Alabama, Cincinnati, and Kansas State.

Estrada began his career at Saint Peters during the 2019-20 season before he transferred to Oregon for one year. He's spent his past two seasons playing for the Hofstra Pride. Last season for the Pride, he averaged 20.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game. He is the reigning back-to-back Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year, making him one of the top players still currently in the transfer portal.

Alabama is being put to the test this offseason as the Tide looks to replace the top scorer in the league this season in Brandon Miller, who will most likely be a top-five pick in this year's NBA draft. Along with Miller, Mark Sears and Jahvon Quinerly have also declared for the draft, leaving head coach Nate Oats with a lot of production to replace.

As the Crimson Tide's best players depart, Oats has been working extra hard this offseason to make sure he recruits the best possible replacements in order to stay competitive at the top of the SEC next season, and Estrada could be in the cards to make an impact for the Tide. He will have a decision on where he will be playing next season by April 29.
