Alabama CB Commit Flips Decision
Alabama's 2026 recruiting class took a bit of a hit on Friday with the latest recruiting update.
According to Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports, Alabama cornerback commit Jamarrion Gordon flipped his commitment from Alabama to UCF.
When he flipped, Gordon said, “When I go 1st round out of UCF my legacy will live forever.”
He had been committed to Alabama since May. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound safety from Jackson, Alabama is the No. 10 player in the state of Alabama as a four-star prospect in the 2026 recruiting class.
Gordon was the first commitment for Kalen DeBoer in the 2026 class at Alabama.
Alabama now only has one commitment in the 2026 recruiting class - cornerback Dorian Barney.
