Alabama Guard Enters Transfer Portal

Alabama men's basketball guard Adam Cottrell has entered the transfer portal.

The Ga., native spent four seasons at the Capstone. During his Tide tenure, he saw time in 21 games, played 31 minutes, and recorded eight points, three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.

Cottrell joined the team as a walk-on in 2019.

According to Verbal Commits, the senior will be in the portal as a graduate transfer.

Cottrell is the fifth member of last season's Crimson Tide team to enter the portal, joining Nimari Burnett, Jaden Bradley, and walk-ons Jaden Quinerly and Delaney Heard.
