We have just one more week of official visits, and the Crimson Tide will welcome in some of the top prospects in the 2026 class to Tuscalosoa this weekend, including five-star wide receiver Cederian Morgan and five-star running back Ezavier Crowell.

Despite the successful-sounding recruiting weekends over the last three weekends, Alabama has only had one commitment this summer. Tide fans are getting antsy, as Alabama has the 54th overall recruiting class, according to 247 Sports. When can the Tide expect to land some of the top names in the 2026 recruiting class?

Here are notable dates to keep an eye out for on the recruiting trail:

Four-Star OL Deacon Schmitt

Schmitt released his top three schools last week, with the Tide among the finalists. Joining Alabama as finalists are Colorado and Oklahoma. Pulling Schmitt across the country will be difficult, but the Tide already had Schmitt in on an official visit during the weekend of Friday, May 30. He is set to announce his commitment on June 28.

Four-Star WR Kenny Darby

Darby committed to LSU in November 2024, but a recent visit to the Capstone has Darby reconsidering his decision. During his official visit to Alabama during the weekend of May 30, Darby told Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports that he would be making a final decision between the Tigers and the Tide on July 4. Darby is set to take his official visit to LSU on June 21.

Four-Star LB Cincere Johnson

Johnson has the earliest scheduled commitment date of the Tide's targets, set to commit this week on June 19. Alabama had a strong weekend with the Cleveland, Ohio native when he visited during the weekend of May 30, but since then, he took an official visit to Ohio State, and experts have placed several predictions for the Buckeyes to land Johnson.

Five-Star LB Xavier Griffin

One of the biggest fish in the Tide's recruiting pond is scheduled to announce his commitment on June 29, and Alabama is notably pushing hard for the five-star Alabama native. Experts quickly predicted Alabama to land the five-star linebacker from Gainesville, Georgia, after he de-committed from USC, and despite a good weekend in Austin visiting the Longhorns, recruiting experts still say the Tide is the team to beat for Griffin.

Five-Star Safety Jireh Edwards

Edwards was all Alabama after his official visit to the Capstone on June 6. Experts felt comfortable enough about Alabama's positioning that Steve Wiltfong of On3 Sports put in a prediction for Alabama to land the Maryland native. Edwards cancelled his official visits to Texas A&M and Oregon after he left Alabama, and it appears to be an Alabama vs. Auburn battle for the No. 2 safety in the 2026 class. Edwards is scheduled to announce his commitment on July 5, but it would not be shocking if he announced earlier.

Four-Star Linebacker Nick Abrams II

Abrams, a native of Maryland, just wrapped up a visit to Alabama yesterday, telling On3 Sports' Chad Simmons that the Tide reminded him why he's high on Alabama. He has one more official visit scheduled for June 20, heading to Eugene, Oregon, for a visit with the Ducks on the final recruiting weekend of the summer. After that, Abrams will have some time to contemplate his decision ahead of his July 16 commitment date.

Five-Star Athlete Brandon Arrington

Brandon Arrignton reportedly loved the California connection on the Alabama roster, with Domani Jackson, Zabien Brown, Chuck McDonald, and Dijon Lee being former defensive back recruits from California. The Tide is recruiting Arrington as a defensive back, and his connections that are already on Alabama's roster are helping the Tide in his recruiting profile. Arrington told On3 that it would be "hard not to pick Alabama" after his official visit. After his visit to the Capstone, Arrington has two more official visits scheduled to USC and Texas A&M before the dead period begins. He'll have time to decide before announcing his commitment on July 5.

Five-Star WR Cederian Morgan

Several teams have pushed hard for Morgan, with Florida, Georgia, and Auburn getting the five-star Benjamin Russell prospect in for a visit before his final visit this weekend with the Crimson Tide. Still, the consistent message out of all of his visits is that Alabama is the team to beat. He'll be in Tuscaloosa starting on Thursday this week, then he'll make a decision on his commitment on July 2.

Four-Star TE Mack Sutter

Sutter is ranked as a top-ten tight end in the 2026 recruiting class and will be on campus for the final week of official visits this weekend. It's his final official visit after seeing Illinois, Ole Miss, and Ohio State before the Crimson Tide. All four schools are in his top four, which was announced on June 12. No predictions have been made for the four-star prospect, but he is slated to announce his commitment on June 26  shortly after leaving Alabama following his visit.

Five-Star RB Ezavier Crowell

Crowell is one of the top-ranked running backs in the 2026 recruiting class, even after reclassifying from the 2027 class. A native of Jackson, Alabama, the Tide sits in a strong position as Crowell prepares to take his official visit to Alabama on June 20. However, a recent visit to Auburn has the Tigers feeling good about their chances for the five-star prospect. Alabama will hope to lock him down during his official visit on June 20 before his commitment date of June 26.
