Alabama Crimson Tide wide receiver Tyler Harrell will not play in Saturday's game against Louisiana-Monroe, according to Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

"He has not been able to practice this week, he will not play in this game. Hopefully, you know, he's kind of day-to-day with this foot that he has, but hopefully, he'll be back sometime soon," said Saban.

Harrell transferred to Tuscaloosa, Ala., in April of 2022, after spending four years with Louisville. During his time with the Cardinals, he saw time in 16 games, recording 18 receptions for 523 yards, and six touchdowns.

Last season, the Miami, Fla., native led the Cardinals in touchdowns, had the second-longest catch, the third-most yards, and the fifth-most receptions.

The redshirt senior has been dealing with his foot injury for a majority of his Tide tenure.
