Tuscaloosa County Gets Mauled by Hoover at Home
Friday night, the Hoover Buccaneers traveled to Northport, AL to take on the Tuscaloosa County Wildcats. From the start, County High struggled to get their offense going. They punted on their first three possessions before they were able to score. Their lone touchdown came on a 40 yard touchdown pass from junior quarterback Brax Garrison to senior wide receiver and defensive back C.J. McGee, with five minutes and 48 seconds remaining in the half.

Saturday night against Miami in the 2021 Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta, GA for the first time ever, Alabama debuted its first ever all black starting offensive line. It was wildly speculated with the official depth chart coming out on Monday. For a offensive line who lost three starters from the year before they more than handled its own against Miami, making the way for an offense that produced 501 yards.
