Brandon Miller Buys His First New Car
Brandon Miller is having himself a hell of a freshman year of college. His production on the court is unmatched and he has established himself as the clear number one collegiate prospect in the NBA Draft. He and his fellow freshmen have taken the Crimson Tide to heights not seen since the Wimp Sanderson era.
Now, Miller has accomplished another new feat in his adult life - he has purchased his first brand new car.
"I want to thank @bicechryslerdodgejeep7067 down In Alex City, AL for helping me with my first brand new Vehicle. Ive always wanted a Dodge Charger Scat Pack, and Brian Bice made it possible for me. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle drive down and see them, its worth the trip! Tell them Bmill sent you," wrote Miller on Instagram.
It is unclear if Miller has an NIL deal with Bice CDJR. The dealership is located in Alexander City, Ala.
Miller has had a passion for automobiles for a long time. According to an interview with Fox Sports, automotive YouTubers sparked his love for the hobby. Miller appears to be of the "there's no replacement for displacement" persuasion, claiming to love muscle cars above all others and having purchased the optional 392 cubic inch engine in his Charger.
Miller's Charger's 6.4 liter naturally aspirated motor puts 485 horsepower on the ground and runs a 12.4 second quarter mile stock, reaching 60 miles per hour in just 4.3 seconds.
"I can’t even tell you where it started. One day I was watching YouTube and it just happened to pop up. I was like, man, I want one of these cars. And, what do you know? I started looking at other stuff. Then, engines and modifications got involved, and now I’m obsessed with cars — most muscle cars, not anything foreign. I’m driving a Dodge charger now, and I love it," Miller told John Fanta.
Miller and the Tide have just eight games left to play before the SEC and NCAA tournaments. The Tide face the Florida Gators Wednesday night at 8 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum.
