For much of this decade, Alabama football has provided a dominating presence in the world of college football.

With four national championships, five SEC titles and six national championship game appearances, the Crimson Tide have set themselves a part from the rest of college football as the top program of the decade.

In the last few years though, another program led by one of Alabama's own is nipping at the heels of the Tide. Dabo Swinney has taken Clemson to four consecutive playoff appearances along with two of the last three national championships.

During his press conference on National Signing Day, Swinney touched on how Clemson was able to throttle Alabama including that they were simply the better team.

To close out the week, Gary Harris opened the Friday edition of The Gary Harris Show with an opening thought about Swinney's outlook on his program and competing with Alabama.

In the video above, Harris reflects on Clemson being a better team, the attention Clemson has received since the national title game, how hard the criticism has been toward Alabama's performance in Santa Clara and how competing successfully against the Tide has aided the Tigers and Swinney in their journey up the college football ladder.
