As a member of the Tide, Turnage earned limited playing time in his two years. As a freshman, Turnage saw action in one game in 2019 against Western Carolina. As a redshirt freshman, Turnage saw action in three games during the 2020 national championship season coming off the bench against Mississippi State, LSU, and Arkansas. He recorded one pass break up against the Bulldogs.

Will Turnage keep the momentum going and possibly earn a starting position for the Vols this season?

Will he make an impact when the Vols face the Tide in a few weeks?

The Volunteers have picked up the pace in recently as they have won two in a row over SEC opponents in convincing fashion. Tennessee earned a big 62-24 win over Missouri and followed that up with a 45-20 route of South Carolina.
