Tuscaloosa, AL. - The Crimson Tide responded exactly the way they should have after last week's embarrassing loss to Florida State. Although the opponent wasn't the biggest test. Alabama came out and showed domination for four quarters, as Alabama cruised past ULM in a 73-0 win on Saturday night.

Ty Simpson had a historic night, completing 17 of 17 passes, a perfect 100% completion percentage. He now holds the second-most completions in Alabama history in a single game, with Mac Jones holding the record after going 19-19 in 2020.

Simpson had the most straight pass completions in the first half in Alabama football history. He also capped the night with four touchdowns responsible for, scoring three passing and one rushing, on Saturday night.

The Crimson Tide righted the ship, but will need to keep it on course as they prepare for the remainder of the schedule, which features just one non-Power Four opponent in the next 10 games.
