Does This New Addition Give LSU An Advantage Over Bama?
When I first moved to Tuscaloosa, I quickly learned that one of the most brilliant things I could do was root for the Crimson Tide.
Touching down in Tuscaloosa in the fall of 2019, it was at the start of football season. Alabama had a great team and it was time for one of the season's biggest games. Bama against LSU.
I attended a tailgate party full of LSU fans.
Having never been a real fan of any college football team, I was just there t enjoy the festivities.
There were about 4 Bama fans at the event and close to 20 LSU fans. Naturally, you'd want to go with the majority. Especially with how Bama was playing during that game.
There came a point where I decided to be friendly and ask a Bama fan a question. I asked, "Are you the only Alabama fan here?"
They replied with a strong attitude, "Am I the only Alabama fan here?"!"
At that point, I knew I had to make a stance and QUICK. Things were becoming hostile right before my eyes.
I choose the Tide and haven't looked back since. Except to see this ONE thing I've found that makes me a little jealous of LSU football players right now.
I came across a clip of LSU getting new air-conditioned helmets. Yes, AIR-CONDITIONED helmets.
In the video, they say that the team has them for practices and games this season, and their adjustable.
The airflow can be directed to their forehead, or all the way down to their nose and mouth and it lasts for 5 hours.
Do you think this will give LSU football players an advantage over not just Alabama, but other college football programs during the season?
