Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe announced on Thursday to the media that he is set to play in Alabama's bowl game against the Michigan Wolverines on December 31.

Milroe has yet to make a decision on whether or not he will enter the NFL draft.

Milroe led Alabama to a 9-3 record in 2024 after leading the Crimson Tide to an 11-2 record last season with an SEC Championship win and College Football Playoff appearance. Milroe also won the "academic Heisman", taking home the William V. Campbell Trophy earlier this week.

In 2024, Milroe completed 65.9% of his passes for 2,652 yards and 15 touchdowns while also throwing 10 interceptions. Milroe added 719 yards and 20 touchdowns on the ground, averaging 4.7 yards per carry as the leading rusher for the Crimson Tide.

Milroe's best game came in the biggest game of the season for Alabama in a 41-34 victory over the Georgia Bulldogs on September 28. Milroe completed 27 passes for 374 yards and two touchdowns while contributing 117 yards and two touchdowns on the ground in the victory.

Milroe is currently graded as the No. 49 player on the ESPN big board for the 2025 NFL draft. He has one year of eligibility remaining at Alabama.
