Following the 24-point shutout over Mississippi State, the concern for the University of Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa's Heisman run were raised. Not only did he throw his second interception of the season, after tossing his first of the season the week before against LSU. Tagovailoa posted his lowest numbers thus far, completing 14 of 21 passes for 164 yards and a touchdown with a qbr of 63.5.

Chris Hummer, national college football writer for 247Sports, joined Host of Southern Fried Sports Travis Reier to breakdown Tagovailoa's performance over the weekend and discuss his top five Heisman candidates.

"In terms of the top two I've always thought Kyler Murray should be in the discussion," Hummer said. "With that said, I don't really see anybody passing Tua unless Alabama loses."

Oklahoma faces West Virginia and quarterback Will Grier the Friday after Thanksgiving. The stage could potentially be big enough for Murray or Grier to upset Tagovailoa's Heisman hopes, if either or both have an outstanding performance.

"I would have him (Grier) third on my Heisman ballot right now," Hummer said. "He has had a really good season. His arm is the biggest reason West Virginia only has one loss."

All eyes will once again be on the Iron Bowl though. If Tagovailoa remains healthy, he will have the chance to seal more than just a ticket to New York.
