Injury Update on Alabama Wide Receiver Noah Rogers After A-Day
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - On the sixth overall drive during Alabama's A-Day scrimmage, wide receiver Noah Rogers went up for a jump ball from quarterback Austin Mack, but the pass was broken up by junior defensive back Red Morgan. Rogers came down awkwardly and remained down until trainers helped him off the field, avoiding putting pressure on his left leg.

Shortly after he entered the injury tent, Rogers was carted to the locker room with a brace on his left knee. After the scrimmage, Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer provided an update on the NC State transfer wide receiver.
"He will have to get evaluated. Unfortunate with him getting dinged up. We'll kind of see what that looks like. He will go get the MRI and all of that kind of stuff and see what happens. We'll have more information here as we go through the spring and summer."
Rogers had strong performances in both of Alabama's previous scrimmages and appeared poised to lock up a starting job with the Crimson Tide. His evaluation by medical teams will be important for how Alabama will attack the wide receiver room depth chart leading into the season. Rogers caught 68 passes for 919 yards and three scores in two seasons at NC State.
Alabama will finish spring practice next week.
