Alabama Head Baseball Coach Brad Bohannon joined The Gary Harris show this morning. Bohannon talked to Harris about the abrupt end to the baseball season and the NCAA's decision to grant an extra year of eligibility to his players.

Wilson Alexander of The Advocate in Baton Rouge has reported that the SEC has cancelled all athletic events. The SEC has announced all competitions on SEC campuses as well as championships will be suspended until March 30.

Alabama baseball player Peyton Wilson was named SEC Freshman of the week last week. The freshman from Hoover Alabama played in three of the five contests last week for the Crimson Tide. Wilson is the younger brother of former Alabama quarterback John Parker Wilson and Alabama baseball player Ross Wilson.

Alabama Baseball remains undefeated on the season as the Crimson Tide emerged victorious over the Harvard Crimson 10-5. Alabama was trailing 3-2 entering the home half of the 8th inning where the Tide came up with eight runs to move its season winning streak to 11 games. Sophomore Chase Lee got the win for Alabama in relief.

The Tide hitters collected seven runs on 12 hits while the bullpen contributed 7.0 innings of one-run baseball
