Take a look at each of the players expected to receive their degrees this weekend as the spring semester draws to a close.

The University of Alabama had a total of 23 student athletes receive degrees during the summer commencement, including five All-Americans.

Today was supposed to be a special day for the Alabama spring graduating class of 2020. Students who finished their schoolwork were likely looking forward to walking across the stage in Coleman Coliseum in front of family and friends, celebrating their academic journey. Graduation around the country and in Tuscaloosa was cancelled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Alabama football team celebrates its 15 graduates virtually this year, and the students will have the option to walk across the stage at the next graduation ceremony.

A total of 70 Crimson Tide student-athletes are slated to earn their degrees as part of The University of Alabama’s spring commencement ceremonies this Friday and Saturday.

All over the country right now, 18-year-olds are excited to start college. But the students at Georgia Tech are really excited.
