Alabama is ranked No. 25 in USA Today Coaches Preseason Poll, which was released on Thursday. Last week the Tide received 50 votes from the Associated Press top 25 preseason poll and is ranked No. 29. The top rankings do not stop there, the Crimson Tide is also ranked No. 14 in Blue Ribbon Basketball Yearbook preseason rankings. The Stadium had Alabama ranked at No. 18 nationally.

The SEC football weekend is dwindling by the hour with numerous teams in the conference having a COVID-19 outbreak. Four SEC games have been postponed due to one team the other experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak. Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Georgia and Missouri are all having to rework their schedules due to the virus.

The Auburn Tigers are on a journey of redemption after last weeks loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks. The Tigers will travel to Vaught Hemingway Stadium at Hollingsworth field to play Ole Miss Rebels. The Rebels have-not won any home game victories so far and the Tigers have not won any away games.

We ae officially half through the season and it’s that time of year again where college football coaches are questioned about their capabilities to lead a sports team to a victory. The Auburn Tigers head coach Gus Malzahn needs to be called upon after his embarrassing loss to the South Carolina Gamecocks in Columbia. For the sake of Auburn, the call to buy out Malzahn needs to happen sooner rather than later.

The Auburn Tigers head into week four traveling to Columbia to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks.Tigers have a 2-1 record with narrow wins over Kentucky and Arkansas. The Gamecocks are currently 1-2 are still coming down from their first 41-7 win against Vanderbilt.

The Auburn Tigers (1-1) are limping back to Jordan Hare Stadium to play the Arkansas Razorbacks(1-1) this Saturday. Auburn played Georgia last week in Athens and fell short with a devastating loss of 27-6. The Tigers needed a big game from their quarterback Bo Nix, who fell short and never regained the offense.

The Tuscaloosa County Wildcats (1-4) won against the Gadsden City Titans (3-3) in a close game on Friday night.

The No. 7 Auburn Tigers (1-0) will take on the No. 4 Georgia Bulldogs (1-0) Saturday night in Athens, Georgia.

Auburn football has finally returned with a home game against Kentucky. The No. 8 Tigers beat No. 23 Wildcats 29-13 at Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday.

The Big Ten has released a revised schedule for the 2020 season. The schedule will include eight-game conference-only schedule. The Big Ten's first game will be on Oct. 24. The conference will also add in a ninth game for all 14 teams during a newly created Big Ten "Champions Week" on Dec. 19.
