Crimson Tide baseball, despite recent scandal, has swept the defending national champions Ole Miss.

Former Brookwood Panthers right-hander Brandon Johnson struck out the side and recorded a save in the 9th inning to clinch the Rebels' first national title.

After taking down No. 7 Ole Miss in three straight appearances, the Tide tallies its first SEC sweep since May of 2021 and moves to 7-5 in conference play.

Bama has won seven of its last eight games and looks for the road sweep on Sunday at 2 p.m. over the Rebels.
