Three Tide Players Named to Preseason All-SEC Team
Tuscaloosa, Ala. — As opening day rapidly approaches, the league office in Birmingham released the preseason All-SEC teams for the 2025 season as voted on by the conference's coaches.
Three Alabama players were selected for the team. The Tide's rising superstar at shortstop, Justin Lebron, was named to the first team, while LHP Zane Adams and first baseman Will Hodo earned second team distinctions.
Two former Alabama players also earned spots on the list: former Tide closer and current Georgia Bulldog Alton Davis II being selected to the first team, and former infielder and current Florida Gator Colby Shelton earning a spot on the second team.

The Crimson Tide open their season on February 14 against the Bradley Braves.
