Wednesday Spring Practice Update – Defensive Line

Alabama put on the pads today for the first time this spring, as they get set to reload at most of the major positions.

One of the position battles that fans need to keep an eye on is the defensive line. Led by super sophomore A'Shawn Robinson, Coach Saban is looking to sure up this position, especially after appearing slightly vulnerable to certain rushing schemes this last season.

There is a plethora of talent at this position, including guys such as Dee Liner (possibly the best name for a defensive lineman ever), Brandon Ivory, and Jonathan Allen. Although it is quite early for true evaluations, all these players are likely looking to make a huge impact this coming season.
