According to Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports, former Miami wide receiver Isaiah Horton has committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Horton announced his intention to enter the transfer portal on Monday, December 16, and Alabama moved quickly with him, earning the commitment.

Horton was a four-star prospect in the class of 2022, signing with the Hurricanes after he took unofficial visits to Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Miami.

Standing at 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Horton recorded 56 catches for 616 yards and five touchdowns for Miami in 2024. Horton's best game came in Miami's 50-15 victory over the South Florida Bulls, where he caught eight passes for 108 yards and one touchdown.

He was expected to be the Hurricanes' No. 1 option at wide receiver in 2025.

Alabama's wide receiver room is rounding out nicely for next season, with the expected returns of Ryan Williams and Germie Bernard, the Tide's two leading receivers this season. In addition, Jalen Hale and Cole Adams are expected to be back healthy next season. With the addition of Horton, Alabama has plenty of talent to have a successful wide receiver room in 2025.
