After playing one of their worst games of the season against Florida, Alabama basketball faces an arguably must-win contest tonight at Texas A&M.

Earlier this season, Texas A&M shocked Alabama 81-80 with a buzzer-beating three pointer from TJ Starks.

Although the Crimson Tide still has NCAA Tournament aspirations at 15-10, 6-6 SEC, Texas A&M enter the game at 10-14, 3-9 SEC and will likely have to win the SEC Tournament to get into postseason play.

Prior to tonight's game, Texas A&M head coach Billy Kennedy offered his thought on the Aggies vs. the Crimson Tide on Inside the Locker Room.

Going into tonight's game, Kennedy has a 4-6 record against Alabama as Texas A&M's head coach including their early victory last month.

For tonight, Kennedy outlined two key points of emphasis for his team tonight that they experienced difficulty in their first meeting with Alabama.

"Hopefully, we can keep them off the glass. They hurt us on the glass last time. We had a hard time keeping them out of the paint." Kennedy said.

Later in the conversation, the Texas A&M head coach detailed his thoughts on the SEC basketball and recruiting basketball players in Texas.

Alabama tips off tonight at 8 PM with a 7 PM airtime on Tide 102.9/100.9 and the Tide 102.9 app.
