Although the school hasn't officially announced the hire, Alabama looks like it will soon name Brian Daboll as its next offensive coordinator.

The New England Patriots' tight ends coach will reportedly take the position soon, but he's not a very familiar name for most Alabama fans. That's because the 41-year-old has only held coaching positions in the NFL. The only experience he gained in college football was as a graduate assistant at Michigan State in 1998-99.

We brought on NFL and Patriots writer Ben Volin of the Boston Globe to tell us more about the coach and what he will bring to Tuscaloosa. The full conversation from The Game with host Ryan Fowler can be heard in the video above.
