Since the Alabama Crimson Tide won the national championship, the on-going conversation among UCF fans is does a undefeated season equal to a national title?

In reality the Crimson Tide has the trophy in the facility, while the championship of UCF has been on t-shirts, license plates and in the mind of fans throughout the off season.

"First of all, what happened last year has no bearing on what happens this year, Bill Hancock, executive director of the College Football Playoffs said during his presser at SEC Media Days. "We start with a clean sheet of paper every year. Second of all, we have consistently congratulated UCF on a great season. I got to see them play on television several times last year. It was a wonderful football team and a great team to watch."

"I know they lost a great coach. They replaced him with another great coach, and we look forward to seeing what UCF does this year. For the College Football Playoff, things are simple, play a good schedule, win your games, and you're going to be in the hunt. That holds true for UCF and Houston and Northern Illinois, as well as Alabama and Ohio State and Texas and Washington."

Hancock joined The Game with Ryan Fowler to discuss is it healthy for the sport for Alabama to continue to dominate the College Football Playoffs and could they look into expanding the playoffs in the near future.
