Five-Star Defensive Lineman Receives Offer from Crimson Tide
Five-star class of 2024 defensive lineman David "Stoney" Stone has received an offer from the Crimson Tide.
The Fla., native ranks No. 9 nationally, No. 2 in defensive lineman, and No. 3 in the state of Fla., according to 247Sports Composite.
During his two seasons at Del City High School in Okla., he recorded 71 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, ten sacks, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. The junior currently attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
The Crimson Tide is one of 27 offers for the defensive star. Other big programs interested in the prospect are Texas A&M, Texas, Auburn, Oklahoma, Michigan State, and Tennessee.
According to the On3Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, Oklahoma is the favorite with a 96.7% chance to land the prospect.
