Former Alabama Defensive Back Receives NFL Number
Former Alabama defensive back Jordan Battle has received his rookie number.
The former national champion will wear No. 27 for the AFC North team.
The rest of the team's draft class numbers have also been released. Former Clemson defensive end Myles Murphy will wear No. 99, former Michigan cornerback DJ Turner II will wear No. 20, former Purdue wide receiver Charlie Jones will wear No. 15, former Illinois running back Chase Brown will wear No. 30, former Princeton wide receiver Andrei Iosivas will wear No. 80, former Michigan punter Brad Robbins will wear No. 10, and former Miami cornerback DJ Ivey will wear No. 38.
The Bengals drafted him with the No. 95 overall pick in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
Battle is the third Alabama alumnus to get his rookie number. Both Will Anderson and Henry To'oTo'o got their numbers on Thursday afternoon.
